How The Rule Works
After an over is completed, the fielding team has 60 seconds to begin the next over.
An electronic clock displays the countdown from 60 seconds.
A team is penalized five runs if they are not in compliance three times.

The rule does not apply when a new batter comes to the crease between overs.
It is also suspended during drink breaks or any umpire-approved on-field injury treatments.
